99.7 NOW & The Family Giving Tree Back to School Drive
99.7 NOW is partnering up with The Family Giving Tree for a Back To School drive!
Come by The Shops at Tanforan in San Bruno, on Saturday, July 27 from 12p-3p.
We’ll be there, collecting backpacks and school supplies for Bay Area youth in need this upcoming school year!
Family Giving Tree is the largest gift and backpack donation program in California.
For over 25 years, we’ve brought hope and joy to more than 1,500,000 million children and individuals.
This year they’re aiming to serve over 225+ schools.
Most needed school supplies:
- Calculators (especially Scientific)
- Highlighter packs
- Soft pencil cases
- 1 1/2″ binders
- Graph paper
- Colored pencils

1 out of every 4 children lives in poverty in the Bay Area and by the 3rd grade, these students are, on average, already two years behind their peers in reading and math. Help change this statistic.
