Another construction worker has tested postitive while working on the new Raiders new stadium last week meaning an even slower or contained work force trying to get the stadium ready for an August launch. While the Raiders still say they are on schedule if the regular football season does happen in 2020, if they are not, then Salt Lake City, Phoenix and San Diego are the three cities that they are considering as a back up. Oakland is not being considered.
