Great news!

A U.S. company, Everlywell, has announced the FIRST at-home test for COVID-19!!

The company is known for creating various at home test kits for things like food sensitivity, metabolism, thyroid, and many other health concerns.

Everlywell’s CEO, Julia Cheek, says the kit will be available on March 23rd.

As of right now, it seems like Americans will have to answer a few questions in regards to their health. Afterwards, doctors will prescribe the test and they will receive the test within two days.

Currently, the price of the test kit is set to $135 and comes with specific instructions on how to take the test and send back the samples. The samples will then be sent to FDA approved labs within 72 hours.

Results will be sent back via text and email. Everlywell hopes to produce 250,000 tests per week!
