Lil Nas X appeared to come out as gay in a post commemorating World Pride Day on Sunday!
Entertainment Tonight reports that the “Old Town Road” rapper tweeted, “Some of y’all already know, some of y’all don’t care, some of y’all not gone [f**k with me] no more. But before this month ends I want y’all to listen closely to ‘c7osure.’” “C7osure (You Like)” appears on Lil Nas’ new 7 EP and includes lyrics such as, “True say, I want and I need/ To let go, use my time to be free/ It’s like it’s always what you like/ It’s always what you like/ Why it’s always what you like?/ It’s always what you like, uh.” In a second tweet, Lil Nas posted a closeup of his 7 artwork–which includes a skyscraper bathed in rainbow-colored light–and added, “Thought I made it obvious.”
