Hot off the press of her new single “Stupid Love”, Lady Gaga took it to instagram Monday, March 2nd to announce the title of her 6th studio album and its release date! The album is set to have a April 10th release date and is titled, “Chromatica“. Along with the announcement, Gaga also unveiled some temporary artwork until the official one gets released.

In an interview last week with Beats 1’s Zane Lowe, Gaga revealed that the title Chromatica came from her desire to create an escape from reality. “I think what I’ve learned is that I can view the world in whatever way I choose to see it, and it doesn’t mean that I’m deleting the bad things, it just means that I can reframe my life experiences,” she said. “I live on Chromatica, that is where I live … I found earth, I deleted it. Earth is canceled. I live on Chromatica.”

You can pre order the album here and except the album to arrive on all streaming platforms April 10th.
