You Gotta Pay For RuPaul Now!?!? Drag Race All-Stars 5 is moving to Showtime!
By on February 21, 2020

Talk about a glow-up! EW reports that RuPaul’s Drag Race All-Stars is sashaying over to Showtime starting with its Season 5 premiere on June 5. While that spinoff is leaving VH1 behind, Season 12 of the original RuPaul’s Drag Race will debut on VH1 on February 28. EW also reports, “There is no word yet on potential future seasons of RuPaul’s Drag Race (beyond season 12) or All-Stars debuting on either VH1 or Showtime.” Both networks are owned by ViacomCBS.
These twitter reactions are priceless:
Moving Drag Race All Stars 5 to Showtime makes it a “premium” that many who need the representation most can’t afford.
There I said it.
