I release Bonneville from any and all claims that may arise from the use of the Photo and the name, image, likeness and personal characteristics of the person featured in the Photo, including any claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, rights of publicity or infringement of copyright. Photos that contain obscene, provocative, defamatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable or inappropriate content will not be accepted. (Required)
