Cinco De Mayo 2020 Is NOW #CincoAtHome! – St. John

ST. JOHN’S THING TO KNOW: Stay at home for Cinco De Mayo!

Cinco De Mayo is always a day that draws huge crowds to celebrate the Mexican Army’s victory during the Battle Of Puebla. This year we were extra exited for Cinco De Mayo landing on Taco Tuesday, I mean…How perfect is that!

2020 had different plans however, and the holiday landed while we are still sheltering in place due to the Covid-19 Outbreak.

That did not stop hundreds of people from gathering in certain parts of San Jose this Sunday and many more people are expected this Tuesday to celebrate but here is your St. John’s Thing To Know…..DO NOT GO OUT!

It’s tempting but it is not worth the risk at the moment. Next year will be bigger and better so this year let’s just celebrate Cinco At Home or order from your favorite local Mexican Restaurants to support!
