St. John’s Thing To Know: Avoid stimulus delays if you haven’t received your payment yet!

In April The IRS released the “Get Your Payment” tool to track your payment and enter your direct deposit information if it wasn’t already in their system.

The IRS Is Launching A Tool That Will Help You Track Your Stimulus Check!

If the IRS had that info on file from a recent tax refund most likely you already received it as a direct deposit. However, If you qualified and didn’t get a refund in 2018 or 2019 then you will receive a paper check.

You have until Wed, May 13 to update your direct deposit info or they are estimating that you might have to wait until September to receive your paper check!

When submitting your info just make sure to do it directly to the IRS.GOV site. DO NOT Get scammed into providing info in any other way or platform other than through the site.
