SHE’S A 10 OUT OF 10 DON’T YOU EVER FORGET!

It’s been a trying couple of years for Demi Lovato, so you can imagine the strength it took for her to put out music again and really let everyone in to her life’s battles.  In her latest single  “I Love Me” released Friday (Match 6th) she puts a fun energetic twist to a topic many are bringing a much needed light to…Self Love!

We can all be our own worst critics and beat our selves up instead of trying to find that peace within our decisions as her lyrics go:

“Cause I’m a black belt when I’m beating up on my self but I’m an expert at giving love to someone else”…..

It is easy to get caught up in putting others first and filling their cup while yours is empty. This song helps you remember to take it easy on your selves, put your heart first and remind you that you are a 10 out of 10… even when you forget!

Along with her second single, Demi Lovato also released the music video to “I Love Me” full of symbolism and a timeline of different situations in her life she has overcome.

The Video starts off with her in the form of three different beings, three different inner feelings…fighting herself! Beating herself up LITERALLY. When she finally wins that battle she steps outside and walks down a time line of some of the biggest events in her life that she has had to face. There are references from her childhood, Camp Rock Days, The Jonas Brothers,  failed relationships and more that she can now look back and smile at as she has grown and found her own love within herself. She has gone from “Tell Me You Love Me” to ” I Love Me”!

“I Love Me” is expected to be in her upcoming album that hasn’t been announced yet along with her first single she released earlier this year “Anyone”.
