Uh Oh – Ariana Grande’s New Tattoo does NOT mean “7 Rings”
By St. John on January 30, 2019

It’s no surprise that Ariana Grande’s “7 Rings” gained tremendous success since its release earlier this month. So what better way to celebrate than with some new Ink!
Look at how cute her new “7 rings” palm tattoo that she posted on her Japanese Twitter Account looks…

アリアナがまた日本語のタトゥーを追加!今度はなんと漢字で「七輪」😳
「みんなこれは私の手じゃないって思っているみたいだけど、本当に私の手よ🥺」とコメントしています。
「七つの指輪」を略して「七輪」かな🤔💭とても気に入っているよう💍#アリアナ pic.twitter.com/wR55jgu7FU— アリアナ・グランデ JP公式 (@ariana_japan) January 30, 2019
Cute right??! Only problem is……The Tattoo is NOT what she thought it meant. The two Kanji characters separately mean ” Seven” and “Rings” or ” Circle”. So we see why it would make sense to Ariana Grande that together it would translate to”Seven Rings”. In actuality it means “Shichirin” ….a small charcoal grill!!
You know Twitter isn’t letting this one go….
Ariana Grande’s new tattoo “七輪” means Japanese style bbq grill, not 7 rings. 😭 If you want to know about 七輪, just google “SHICHIRIN” pic.twitter.com/HuQM2EwI62
