Recently, Twitter was trending due to the fact that employees will now be allowed to work from home permanently. Today, Twitter is trending because of the generosity of their CEO, Jack Dorsey.
After hearing about the digital divide that there was in Oakland, Dorsey was quick to announce he would be donating $10 million to close the divide.
The money will be used to provide children with computers and internet at home, allowing them to continue schooling at home.
We are truly inspired by Dorsey’s generosity and reminded that now more than ever, we must be Bay Area Strong!
